Space Cargo download problems

Hey guys

I finally found the forum!

I'm having a problem with UT not loading the new "Space Cargo" map.
It always gets stuck when downloading one of the files called "JumpShipTextures". It takes minutes and minutes, and only gets to about 10% then stops.
I don't have any problems with any other maps, they all load really fast until it gets to this one.
I tried deleting the contents of the "cache" folder but this didn't help..

Is there anything else I can try? It's only this one map that is affected and I really want to play it.

Indeed, I once had that myself. For reasons I can't explain, the file is on the redirect, definitely. Please try loading it directly, decompress & put it into your Textures-folder like described here:

I exchanged it today, maybe it was corrupted, although I don't think so.

Does this map removed from server? I don't see it a long while...

Yup, it's removed because of the redirect problem. One file couldn't be loaded from the redirect server despite being available there. Dunno why, I had that only with SpaceCargo and Sektor8. Rebuilding the files didn't solve it and noone fixed it in the map's referenced files.

I has strange bugs with UT client then I made my asteroid map. Onle loaded to the server, it was downloaded to the cache (I don't know why), then after modifying in the editor UT client shows strange behaviour while browsing maplist and crashed several times. Renaming edited map solved the problem. Maybe it helps here. Just ask VK rename the map (for example increase version number).
